Janine Simpson - HCPC-Registered Art Therapist & Clinical Supervisor

Janine offers individual online therapy for adults seeking space to understand themselves, navigate difficult experiences, and make meaningful changes in their lives. With over 15 years of experience in therapeutic work, she brings warmth, sensitivity, and a grounded presence to her practice. She welcomes people who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what they need, as well as those working through past experiences or those in need of clinical supervision.

Sessions with Janine can involve talking, creative exploration, or a blend of both, guided by what feels helpful to you. You do not need any artistic experience, or even the right words to begin. Her approach is collaborative and attentive to your pace, offering space to explore feelings, recognise patterns, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Areas of interest: Trauma and the impact of early experiences, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem, relationship patterns.

Claire James - HCPC & BACP Registered Art Therapist

Claire offers individual online therapy for adults seeking a compassionate space to explore their feelings, understand their experiences, and find a way forward. Her calm presence and thoughtful, collaborative approach support people to feel heard, particularly when emotions are difficult to make sense of or put into words.

With a background in art psychotherapy and a commitment to trauma-informed practice, Claire offers talking, creative exploration, or a blend of both. You do not need artistic experience or a clear idea of what to say. Together, you can explore what brings you to therapy at a pace that feels manageable, developing self-understanding and discovering ways to support your emotional wellbeing. There is room for uncertainty, reflection, and noticing what matters to you, with gentle encouragement to recognise your strengths and needs.

Areas of interest: Emotional wellbeing, the impact of difficult experiences, self-expression, self-understanding, and creative approaches to therapy.
